Frequently asked questions:

Do I need to be able to swim for water activities? Yes the minimum requirement for ECOTREASURES water activities is being able to swim 150 metres un assisted and being able to float and tread water.

Can I participate on a tour if I have a medical condition? Please speak to your doctor and we can assist by outlining the fitness required for the adventure activities.  You are required to inform us of any medical conditions which may impact you during a tour.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant? Sorry we are not permitted by our insurance company to allow pregnant women to participate in high energy activities.

Can I book a private tour with no other customers? Yes we provide private tour options for group of 1+.

What will happen if the minimum numbers of the group tour are not met? You will have the option to pick another date, book a private tour or receive a full refund.

Will there be a safe place to secure my belongings? Yes we have a safe and secure place to store your items.

Are there public toilets and showers at the tour locations? Yes

What happens if the weather is bad? We run our tours in all weather unless the conditions are deemed to be unsafe.

What will happen if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather? You can re book another date or use the tour cost on another product. Or you can receive a full refund.

What will happen if I’m late on the day of the tour? Sorry you will miss the tour and no refunds or rescheduling is allowed. Please arrive early and allow time for travel and traffic.

Do you offer tours outside of Sydney? Yes we can help with any tour inquiries you have. Custom tour programs are available through our sales team.

Are you parking at the airport ? If your trip requires airport parking, check out FlyParks to save money and book your parking spot in advance.

Are tours accessible to all participants?

We promote all inclusive experiences. We have a set of safety requirements to participate for all participants. If we have special needs requests we can tailor and provide a private experience. Depending on the location the access and restrictions will differ. We will assess the needs and recommend the best options and location to suit the client. For example parking, walkways, support animals.
