The Ecotreasures Story
I’m Damien, a lifelong Northern Beaches local who grew up surfing, snorkelling and exploring Sydney’s beaches. With a Bachelor of Environmental Management, I founded Ecotreasures to create fun, meaningful ocean experiences that help people enjoy, understand and care for the coast.
For more than 15 years, I have led and developed nature-based tourism and education experiences across Sydney. Our local Australian guide team brings firsthand knowledge of beach conditions, ocean environments, wildlife and the places we visit.
As a Water Safety Trainer with the Australian Professional Ocean Lifeguard Association, I bring practical beach and ocean-safety expertise to our tours. We help guests understand conditions, recognise common hazards and build confidence in and around the water.
